Cutting aluminum window screen frames?

I have a Stout X-Band saw with cutting station.

I need perfect 45 and 90 degree cuts to make window screen frames. It should be clean and consistent. Are there any ideas that you can give me to make perfect and clean cuts using this saw?

Or another portable/semi-portable saw?

Your best bet would be to use a good miter saw with a cut-off blade in it.

The shop I use when I need screen replacements has 2 saws set up, one for 45s & one for 90s. That way he's always going to get the same cuts.
